For us, Improvement Plans are crucial to optimize processes, increase efficiency and raise the quality of our activities. These plans require a detailed assessment of critical areas and the implementation of concrete actions to address deficiencies and strengthen our capabilities. By defining clear activities, goals and indicators, we maintain a systematic approach that allows us to monitor our progress. In addition, they foster a culture of learning and adaptability, helping us to face changes and challenges effectively and ensure sustainable development. In our Municipalities of San Juan Cancuc, Santiago El Pinar, Mitontic, Chalchihuitán, Tenejapa and Sitalá, we have collaborated with community committees to develop Improvement Plans aligned with the Territorial Management Collaboration Agreements, essential for monitoring and reporting progress in the Municipal Looms.
